Owner and founder, Joseph Agrillo Jr, has been involved in the green industry since his early teenage years. You could say that landscaping is in our blood, it’s not just something that we love to do, it’s a passion. This combination of passion, attention to detail, and our highly skilled team has earned us an excellent reputation among our clients, peers, and the community.

Joseph started his landscaping career while taking care of lawns in high school. Starting his business from the ground up, Joe grew the company over the years into the very successful and reputable company that it is today. Having worked with many clients and other contractors in the trade, he has gained extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise. Landscaping has truly become a science to Joe, studying every aspect of a job, breaking the work down, and paying attention to the finest of details.

A key member of our team and a large contributor to the foundation our company is built upon. Crystal has been involved in all aspects of our operation from managing the office and finances to ordering product and garden design. Crystal’s education from the Rittners School of Floral Design brings a unique perspective to our landscape design and planting arrangements.

Joseph Agrillo III

Joseph recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, at the top of his class, with a degree in Landscape Architecture, as well as a degree in Landscape Contracting from the Stockbridge school of Agriculture. Joe has always been a part of the family business from his childhood years, and has now joined the team as a full time member bringing much new energy and abilities to the table. With his education in landscape architecture, Joe has flourished in the design field, taking projects from planning and design, all the way through construction.
